I guess I finally had an artistic urge... and oddly enough it was after watching the trailer for that Animal Crossing anime movie (which I really wish they'd release here...with decent dubbing). I wanted to see if I could draw some of the characters, as I've surprisingly never done fanart for the series. Here are Tom Nook and Totakeke ("K.K. Slider"). I wanted to squeeze in Mr. Resetti, my favorite character, but alas, no room, so he'll be in the next pic. Personally....I think that they look MUCH better in the anime than in this pic. TT.TT;
Oh yeah, and you'll notice that this is INK'D. That's right, I got some awesome inky pens for Christmas that are perfect for the job and just had to use them.
.......Gaaaaah I feel awful drawing random crap like this when I just apologized for not drawing gift art....donthurtme ;_; *hides...and hits self*
An Animal Crossing Anime?? That sounds awesomeriffic! I love the game, too. I haven't played it in awhile, though...
Anyway, great job! ^^ I really like the way K.K. looks here. I'm glad to see you've started inking, too. Inking can be fun, but sometimes a drag...for me, anyway. >>
PS - If they do come out with an AC Anime here with a DVD, you can always switch it to Japanese with English subtitles.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
